Welcome to Aloria & Co. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital products, and bespoke itinerary redesign services. By accessing our website or purchasing any service from us, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services.

1. About Us

Aloria & Co.
A boutique itinerary redesign and digital travel-presentation service.
Operated remotely in North Macedonia
Primary Clients: UK, EU, US, and global travel agents & travellers

Although we operate internationally, these Terms are written to align with UK and EU consumer standards for clarity and fairness.

2. Service Description

Aloria & Co. provides:

  • Bespoke itinerary redesign services

  • Immersive digital itinerary presentations

  • Digital visual enhancements of client-submitted travel itineraries

  • Optional interactive layouts delivered through platforms such as Notion

All deliverables are digital only.

We do not book travel, provide travel guarantees, or accept liability for third-party travel arrangements.

3. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project successfully, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete travel itinerary information

  • Upload your original itinerary or relevant content in an editable or readable format

  • Ensure you hold the necessary rights to use and submit any content you provide

  • Respond to communication requests promptly

  • Review drafts and request adjustments within the specified timeframe

4. Service Delivery & Turnaround Times

Upon purchase, your project is added to our design queue.
You will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • A request for your itinerary files (if not already provided)

  • A design delivery window (typically 3–5 working days, unless otherwise specified)

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity

  • Client response time

  • High-volume design periods

Aloria & Co. is not liable for delays caused by late or incomplete client submissions.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

Each purchased redesign includes:

✔ One (1) Free Adjustment

You may request one complimentary adjustment within 7 days of receiving your initial design.

This includes:

  • Minor text changes

  • Layout refinements

  • Colour or formatting adjustments

  • Small content updates

Additional Revision Fees

Any additional adjustments beyond the included free revision:
£25 per revision (or equivalent in your currency).

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our work:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED.

This includes situations where:

  • You change your mind after purchase

  • You provide incorrect information

  • You do not use the final deliverable

  • You fail to submit your itinerary or required materials

  • You do not request your free adjustment within the allowed timeframe

If Aloria & Co. has begun working on your design, the service is considered delivered in part, and refunds cannot be issued.

This policy protects the time, labour, and creative work invested in every project.

7. Intellectual Property

Aloria & Co. retains all intellectual property rights to:

  • Design layouts

  • Templates

  • Visual structure

  • Brand styling

  • Presentation formats

You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the final deliverable for your business or personal use only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce our designs for resale

  • Sell or share templates with other agents or businesses

  • Reverse-engineer or recreate our digital formats

  • Claim our design structure as your own work

Violations may result in legal action.

8. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms such as:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Squarespace Payments

We do not store or process card details ourselves.

Full payment is required before any design work begins.

9. Client Content & Rights

You confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the itineraries, text, or images you submit

  • Your submitted content does not infringe on any copyright or third-party rights

Aloria & Co. is not liable for client-provided content that later becomes disputed.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse any content on our website

  • Copy or redistribute our design examples, images, or layouts

  • Attempt to interfere with website performance or security

  • Use our platform for unlawful or abusive purposes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Law, Aloria & Co. is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from reliance on our digital deliverables

  • Travel arrangements, cancellations, or third-party provider errors

  • Business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages

  • Issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information

Our services provide only design outputs, not travel advice or guarantees.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
England & Wales (recommended jurisdiction)

Any disputes must be resolved in the UK, unless required by local consumer law.
